Cancellation Policy

  • At ServEase, we value your time. We also understand that plans can change, necessitating a change or cancellation of your appointment. Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate these changes while ensuring fairness and availability for all our customers.
  • Cancellation Within the App:

  • You may cancel your appointment through our app up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any charges.
  • Cancellation Outside the App:

  • If you cannot use the app for cancellation, you may have received an email with a cancellation link, or you can call the service provider directly.
  • No-Show Policy:

  • Failure to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time or not showing up without prior cancellation will result in a no-show. In such cases, when you attend the next booked appointment, you will be required to cover the cost of the missed appointment in addition to the cost of your new appointment.
  • Repeated instances of no-shows may lead to your account being suspended or banned from using ServEase. This action is a last resort and is taken to ensure fair access to our services for all customers.
  • Understanding and Cooperation:

  • This policy helps us manage the service providers' schedule effectively and offer available slots to other customers if applicable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a high standard of service.


  • Refund Policy

  • To provide clarity and fairness to both customers and service providers, our refund policy is based on the timing of the cancellation. The amount paid refers to the prepayment made for the booking.
  • For Cancellations Initiated by the Customer:

  • Refunds for cancellations made by customers via the app are calculated on a tiered basis to be fair to the service provider whose time was reserved.
  • For Cancellations Initiated by the Service Provider:

  • We understand that providers may sometimes need to cancel an appointment. In these cases, to ensure customers are treated fairly, the provider has the flexibility to issue a partial or full refund (up to 100%) for the inconvenience. The specific refund amount will be determined by the provider at the time of cancellation.
  • No-Show Policy:

  • A "no-show" occurs if you do not arrive for your appointment and have not made a prior cancellation arrangement directly with the provider (especially if canceling within the 24-hour window). No-shows are strictly non-refundable.
